    • The Hub, North London, N17 9LJ

A fun day for a complex subject. You will never look at another person in the same way again. It is all about differences, what we see and what does it mean, how does it influence the way we work. Start your path on a more effective approach for change.

In this workshop we discuss the theories and physiology behind postural deterioration.  From  this understanding we can relate the changes in movement purity to the muscle chains that provide stability whilst producing force.  Using our key movement pattern assessments we can identify and understand how the body compensates for the weakness that inevitably leads to dysfunction and postural changes.

These key assessments can then form the foundation of a corrective strategy and effective postural exercise prescription.

This workshop is a must for all industry professionals that are interested in treating postural deterioration.  Providing a structured, simplistic and effective approach to postural correction.
